Este es un taller destinado tanto a personas sin experiencia en tejer calados como a aquellas de nivel principiante o avanzado que quieran perfeccionar sus habilidades. Por supuesto, es perfecto si quieres tejer cualquier de los patrones de encaje de James: Rib Lace Raglan, Look At My Holes, Pure Mesh Pullover, Dappled Lace Raglan.

Podrás aprender y repasar los puntos básicos de esta técnica, a trabajar a partir de instrucciones escritas y gráficas, cómo "leer" y descodificar el tejido de calado, cómo identificar y corregir errores básicos. Además, conocerás otros consejos y trucos para mejorar tejiendo calados trabajando con varias muestras de los patrones de James.

Conocimientos previos: Se requieren conocimientos básicos de punto: tejer del derecho y revés, montar y cerrar puntos con agujas circulares.

Material necesario:

Hilo de color liso de cualquier gramaje, desde fingering a worsted

Agujas de punto de cualquier tamaño (4 - 5.5 mm / US 6-9)

Cinta métrica o medidor de muestra

Marcadores de punto de anilla

Tijeras para cortar el hilo

This is a workshop intended for both inexperienced lace knitters and beginners or advanced knitters who want to perfect their skills. Of course, it is perfect if you want to knit any of James' lace patterns: Rib Lace Raglan, Look At My Holes, Pure Mesh Pullover, Dappled Lace Raglan.

You will be able to learn and review the basic stitches of this technique, how to work from written and graphic instructions, how to "read" and decode openwork knitting, how to identify and correct basic mistakes. In addition, you will learn other tips and tricks to improve openwork knitting by working with various samples of James' patterns.

Previous knowledge: Basic knitting knowledge is required: cast on, knit and purl, assembling and closing stitches with circular needles.

Required material:

Plain colored yarn of any weight, from fingering to worsted.

Knitting needles of any size (4 - 5.5 mm / US 6-9)

Tape measure or sample gauge

Ring knitting markers

Scissors for cutting yarn
