¿Quieres aprender a tejer chales con formas diferentes y no sabes por dónde empezar? Cecilia Losada hará un repaso de las diferentes construcciones de chales, aprenderás cómo se teje cada una y, quién sabe, quizá te sirva de inspiración para crear tus propios diseños.

¿Cómo funciona el taller en directo?

Al apuntarte a este curso teórico práctico, recibirás un dossier en PDF que deberás imprimir antes de empezar. Es indispensable para seguir la clase online. A medida que Cecilia te explique los contenidos, podrás rellenar las secciones del dossier y así comenzar a tejer tu jersey al finalizar la clase.

Desarrollo del taller:

• - Bienvenida y presentación, cómo funciona (elevator pitch, tips sobre la plataforma).
• - Descubre tu potencial, todos nacemos con el don de la creatividad.
• - Conceptos básicos.
• - ¿Cuál es el mejor hilado para un chal? Origen y clasificación de calibres de los hilados.
• - Cómo combinar colores: explicación de teoría del color y de la rueda cromática.
• - Repite conmigo, ¿el “bendito” tejido de muestra para qué sirve?
• - Formas: triángulos, semicírculos, rectángulos, cuadrados,
• trapecios, asimetrías, etc. (explicación de formas geométricas
• básicas con ejemplos de chales tejidos).
• - ¿De abajo hacia arriba o de lado a lado? Distintas construcciones
• según el efecto que quieras conseguir.
• ¡Vamos al lío!
• - Práctica 1: Chal triangular Top Down (tutorial).
• - Práctica 2: Chal triangular asimétrico Boomerang (tutorial).
• - Práctica 3: Chal rectangular Side to Side (tutorial).
• - Práctica 4: Chal semicircular (media luna) Top Down (tutorial).
• - Práctica 5: Chal triangular Bottom Up (tutorial).

Al finalizar el taller, se abrirá el turno de dudas y preguntas sobre el contenido del curso.

Conocimientos previos: Saber leer esquemas, tejer los puntos básicos de crochet: punto raso, punto bajo, punto medio alto, punto alto, punto alto doble y cadeneta.

Material necesario: Dossier en PDF impreso antes de empezar la clase, un ovillo de lana, ganchillo del calibre de tu hilo, tijeras, marcadores (de candado), papel y lápiz para tomar apuntes y una regla rígida de al menos unos 30 centímetros.

¿Cómo funcionan los talleres y charlas online?

Barcelona Knits 2020 cuenta con un programa de talleres y charlas online de punto de media y ganchillo impartidos por reconocidos diseñadores nacionales, internacionales e influencers del mundo de la lana.   

A partir de finales de septiembre, podrás consultar el programa de talleres online y el panel de talleristas y reservar tu plaza.

Utilizaremos Zoom como plataforma para las clases virtuales. Sólo necesitarás un ordenador o un dispositivo móvil con cámara y micrófono. Te recomendamos que compruebes la calidad de tu conexión, los horarios, idioma en que se imparten, el nivel y los conocimientos previos que necesitas.

Una vez empezado el taller, ya no podrás acceder. Por este motivo, lo mejor es que te conectes 10 minutos antes y te asegures de que el link funciona correctamente.

Do you want to learn how to knit shawls with different shapes and you don't know where to start? Cecilia Losada will go through the different shawl construction, you will learn how to make each one of them and, who knows, maybe it will give you the inspiration to create your own designs. 

How does the workshop work direct?

Once you join this theoretical workshop, you will receive a PDF dossier that you will have to print before the event. It will be necessary for the online class. As Cecilia explains the content to you, you will be able to fill the different parts of your dossier, and that way you will be able to start knitting your sweater once the class is over.

Development of the workshop:

• - Welcoming and presentation, how it works (elevator pitch, tips about the platform)
• - Discover your potential, we are all born with the gift of creativity.
• - Basic concepts
• - Which are the best threads for a shawl? Origin and caliber classification of the threads.
• - How to combine colors: an explanation of the color theory and the chromatic wheel.
• - Repeat with me: what is the purpose of the "blessed" sample fabric?
• - Shapes: triangles, semicircles, rectangles, squares,
• trapezes, asymmetries, etc. (explanation of basic geometrical forms
• taking as an example finished shawls).
• - Top-down or side to side? Different buildings depending on the effect you want to achieve.

• - 1st Practice: Triangular top-down shawl tutorial).
• - 2nd Practice: Asymmetric Boomerang triangular shawl (tutorial).
• - 3rd Practice: Rectangular Side to Side shawl (tutorial).

Barcelona Knits 2020 counts with a program of workshop and online talks of knitting and crocheting taught by well known national and international designers as well as by influencers of the world of wools.   

From September, you will be able to see the program of online workshops and the workshop facilitators list and book your seat. 

We will use Zoom as a online-class platform. You will only need a computer or a mobile device with a camera and a microphone. We will recommend you to test the quality of the connection, the schedules, the language in which they are taught, the level, and the required previous knowledge.
