A sweater has to fit you correctly: its perfect fit, your style, the right looseness, its length and the details that make you want to wear that piece every day.

Knowing how to manage and modify all of these features will help you realize your perfect sweater closet. This workshop will deal with styles and body shapes, you will learn how to measure correctly and how to choose a size of any sweater pattern to fit you well.

You'll also get hands-on: working on a unique basic raglan sweater pattern, with options for sweaters or cardigans with different necklines and fits. Joji and Veera will explain the possible

modifications, how to achieve a perfect fit and how to customize your garment to give it a unique look.

The goal is for you to go home with all the tools and confidence you need to successfully make sweaters, whether using that basic pattern or any other pattern you choose.

● Exclusive basic raglan sweater pattern, designed for fingering thickness wool, with options for sweater or cardigan versions with different necklines. Available in 10 sizes.

● Learn how to swatch correctly.

● Taking proper body measurements.

● Sizing, fitting and styling for different body shapes.

● How to add your own character to your garments.

● Finishing tips and tricks.

Knitting the perfect sweater
An amazing workshop! most of the audience was experienced knitters so I do not think the lesson was new for anyone but Veera and Joji were so inspiring, teaching tips and tricks with all their good energy and kindness, it was fabulous. Thank you so much! I could have sit there all day long listening to these wonderful ladies.

Fantastic class!
The main reason I came to Barcelona Knits was for this class. It exceeded by expectations. It was extremely well done. The presentation and materials were very professional. Joji and Veera were super friendly and brought lots of great tips and tricks. I will definitely be making the sweaters. Thank you Joji and Veera!

En general, muy agradable. Lo único que pueden pasar de información a Joji y Veera: no tienen que medir ellas mismas a toda la gente, fue un desperdicio de tiempo, mejor hubieran hablado más dando algunos tips más qué haver con esas medidas tomadas.

Inspirador
Interesante aprender trucos para ajustar prendas a tus medidas e intenciones y sacarle el máximo partido a un patrón "básico". Un curso inspirador, que hace poner tu imaginación a trabajar buscando opciones para el próximo jersey. Por otro lado, es muy bonito ver como dos personas que se entienden tan bien aportan su saber al curso, desprendiendo un buen rollo que se contagia. Contenta de haber asistido.
